The Lion Dance discipline teaches children, adolescents, and young adults to improve
their martial stances and to achieve an exceptional physical conditioning.

Lion Dance holds an important role in the Chinese tradition. It is performed at New Years, marriages and other important occasions to frighten away evil spirits and to bring happiness and prosperity to the event.
